Should your product go missing, we will either replace the missing item or issue a full refund once we have investigated with the handling agent. This can take up to 48 Hours to gather all the information.

The option to upgrade your postage to Recorded delivery can be selected at checkout, this is recommended and shall ensure a quick and easy delivery process, we shall also provide tracking number where applicable.
